We approach pediatric care a bit differently than a typical practice by offering in-home visits & 24/7 virtual care. Here's how our care team model makes this possible:
Your family's direct care team includes:
1) Nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) — your primary care provider (PCP)
2) Physician (MD) — works in collaboration with your PCP and is available for virtual consultation upon request, just ask!
Your PCP will visit your home for most scheduled well-child visits. MP's broader care team will be available to your family for time-sensitive visits and virtual care.
Your care team is supplemented by a support staff & technology to ensure your experience with MP is great.
