Dr. Bianca

Dr. Bianca is originally from Rosharon, TX located just south of Houston. She received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University where she graduated with honors with a degree in Sociology. She returned to Texas for medical school and attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where she was elected to the Gold Humanism Honor Society which recognizes medical students with outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills. She was also elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the national medical honor society. She completed her residency with Baylor College of Medicine at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston.

She is thrilled to be a part of the Modern Pediatrics team. Prior to joining Modern Pediatrics, she spent nearly 6 years working in the traditional private practice model of pediatrics. As part of the Modern Pediatrics team, she looks forward to practicing medicine in the way she feels she was called to—by being able to spend adequate time with her patients and being easily accessible to them. In her clinical practice, she focuses on a few goals for families: keeping their children healthy and safe, while providing personalized, evidence based care. One of her greatest joys as a pediatrician is developing lasting connections with her patients and their families.  

She and her husband live in East Dallas and have 2 children. They enjoy spending their time at local parks, museums, and libraries. In her free time, she loves reading, listening to podcasts, exercising, and cooking.
