Michelle

Michelle is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner born and raised in Richardson, TX. She was educated in Kinesiology prior to working at a pediatric urgent care clinic and an OBGYN office, where she discovered a love for both medicine and working with kids. This led her back to her alma mater, UT, to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing degree.

Michelle returned to that same pediatric urgent care clinic as an RN and then later as a nurse practitioner. She also worked at a pediatric primary care clinic in Austin before returning to Dallas in 2020. She is currently employed full-time at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she works in clinical research for the pediatric endocrinology group. She is excited to return to primary care part-time to serve the families at Modern Pediatrics!

Michelle lives with her boyfriend and their three dogs near Carrollton. She loves watching movies, spending time with her parents, visiting her niece and nephew, and attempting DIY projects around her house.
