Erica

Erica is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who moved to Austin in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Abilene Christian University and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington. Erica spent four years working as a registered nurse on the Orthopedic/Spine Unit at Ascension Seton in downtown Austin.

She has personally had the blessing of welcoming her first child with her husband in 2023, and Modern Pediatrics made a big impact in the care of her little one. She is excited to be on the Modern Pediatrics team and help give peace of mind and help ensure parents that they have the best possible care, just like she has received with her son.

Erica lives in Leander with her husband Nathan, their son Owen and their miniature schnauzer Abi. In her spare time, Erica enjoys reading, hiking, gardening and is in the process of growing the family farm with chickens!
