
Courtney is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner born and raised in San Diego. She graduated from UCLA with a degree in Psychology and trained as a nurse in New York City, earning both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing at Columbia University.
During her time in New York she worked as a Registered Nurse in a primary care practice and taught other graduate students in pathophysiology & pharmacology as a teaching assistant. Courtney has been in private practice since 2017 working with a range of patients and families and training the next generation of Nurse Practitioners.
Her lifetime passion for utilizing food and lifestyle changes as medicine has culminated in an additional board certification in Functional Medicine and she is excited to approach evidence-based care with this new lens. Courtney lives in the Bouldin Creek community of Austin with her husband and son. She loves reading, restaurants, live music and spending time with her friends and family.
